We've upgraded our unique In Touch mobile phone application to provide installers, heating engineers, electricians and the like with even better on-site technical support wherever they need it.
By texting ‘touch’ to 83338 or entering www.draytonintouch.mobi into a mobile phone browser, installers can access Drayton’s mobile website, no matter where they are working or what time it is.
The free mobile website, which was previously only available as a downloadable software programme, is accessible from all internet-enabled phones and contains lots of useful information an installer needs when working on an installation, from wiring diagrams and compatibility guides to commissioning guides and a handy store locator.
Says Don Mc Fadyen, Sales Director at Drayton Controls, “The beauty of Drayton In Touch is that installers can access the information no matter where or when they’re working. When in the middle of a job it’s not always practical or possible to log on to a laptop, call a helpline or consult a brochure – often a mobile is the only form of communication an installer has to hand. Plus, this latest upgrade makes the mobile website accessible to all and easier to navigate, so installers can quickly access the relevant information."
