INSTALLERS ENJOY TECHNICAL SUPPORT ON SITE WITH DRAYTON MOBILE WEBSITE

Drayton Controls’ unique In Touch mobile phone application has proved a big hit with heating installers, with many hundreds signing up to access fast, convenient on-site technical support.

Developed to help installers no matter where they are working, the free mobile website can be accessed from all internet-enabled phones by texting ‘touch’ to 83338 or entering www.draytonintouch.mobi into a mobile phone browser. Nearly 1000 installers have registered since its launch to access a wide range of useful information, from wiring diagrams and compatibility guides to commissioning guides and a handy store locator.

Almost 50% of visits to the site were made on Apple iPhone and Blackberry platforms with other smartphone and tablet products also used, showing just how many installers are making use of the latest technology to help them on the job.
