NEW DRAYTON LOCKSHIELD FOR COMMERCIAL MARKET

The new commercial lockshields match the finish on existing Drayton EB and ECD valve bodies and can be installed along with any Drayton TRV to provide a complete radiator controls solution.

A key component in helping to balance a heating system; lockshield valves allow the flow through a radiator to be regulated depending on its proximity to the pump, ensuring that the heat of all radiators remains consistent.

An additional benefit of installing a lockshield, particularly within a commercial application, is that it allows a radiator to be isolated from the rest of the system for maintenance and repair. Across large-scale office buildings, where call outs are relatively regular, being able to individually repair a radiator quickly and efficiently saves time for heating engineers while minimising disruption.
