The Drayton Controls Twitter account is managed by the Invensys Controls UK Marketing Communications team in conjunction with their PR agency Edson Evers, on behalf of colleagues within the UK Heating Division of Invensys Controls.
We may occasionally use some automation (such as tools which generate automated tweets) but it is not the intention that this dominates the postings.
If you follow us you can expect to have 1-2 tweets a day covering:
- Technical tips for controls installation and troubleshooting
- Information on new products that we are launching
- Invitation to provide feedback on key energy issues of the day related to domestic heating
- Information on how to reduce your home energy costs and heating bill
- Information from industry gurus and key journalists in the HVAC community
If you follow us on Twitter we may follow you back. Being followed by us does not mean any endorsement of any kind.
We will update and monitor our Twitter account during normal office hours Monday- Friday. Twitter may be occasionally unavailable and we accept no responsibility for lack of service due to Twitter downtime.
@Replies and Direct Messages
We will welcome feedback and ideas from all our followers and endeavour to join the conversation where possible. However we may not always be able to reply individually to all the messages we receive by Twitter.
The UK Marcoms team reads all the @replies and Direct Messages and ensure that any emerging themes or helpful suggestions or relevant queries are passed to the correct people within the company. We cannot engage with or respond to queries that we are not by law allowed to and where “competent” and trained personnel e.g. electricians and heating engineers are required.
The usual way of contacting us for official correspondence are detailed in the Contact section of our Drayton website www.draytoncontrols.com ..
