Drayton's Great Greggs Giveaway Terms and Conditions

 

  1. Promoter 

This promotion is offered by Schneider Electric Controls UK Limited, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom with registration number 000739180 and having its registered address at 401 Southway Drive, Plymouth, PL6 6QT (“Drayton” or “Promoter”). 

  1. Eligibility 

The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoter, its agents, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are excluded. 

  1. Promotional Period 

The offer is valid from [1st January 2026] to [30th April 2026], or until the total allocation of £26,000 worth of Greggs vouchers has been claimed, whichever occurs first.   

  1. Offer Details 

Customers who purchase Drayton products totalling £75 or more in a single transaction during the promotional period will receive a £5 Greggs digital voucher by email. This applies to both over-the-counter and online sales. There is no limit on the number of qualifying transactions per customer, provided vouchers remain available. Vouchers will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until the allocation is exhausted. 

  1. Extended Warranty 

Customers who sign up to Drayton Rewards+ during the promotional period will receive a fiveyear extended warranty on all Drayton products registered during that period. This extended warranty is conditional upon successful signup and product registration through the Drayton Rewards+ portal here https://rewards.draytoncontrols.co.uk/users/loginl by following the steps, guidance, and directions provided on the website. These promotion terms must be read in conjunction with Schneider Electric’s Drayton Rewards+ terms, which apply to all purchases and registrations. By signing up and registering a product, customers confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to both sets of terms. Failure to complete signup or registration will invalidate the extended warranty. Coverage under this extended warranty remains subject to all standard terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions set out by Schneider Electric and Drayton Rewards+. 

  1. Voucher Issuance and Use 

Vouchers codes (“Voucher” or “Code”) will be issued digitally via email.. The Code is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or gift vouchers, used in conjunction with any other voucher, or redeemed against any other promotions. The Code will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used by someone other than the named recipient.. When you redeem the Code, you are deemed to accept these terms and conditions. Redemption of vouchers is subject to Greggs’ own terms and conditions https://www.greggs.com/legals/terms-and-conditions#greggs-gift-cards-and-vouchers. Vouchers issued during the Promotional Period can be redeemed up and until 10th May 2026, following which the Vouchers will expire. 

  1. Privacy and Data Protection 

By applying for a voucher, you acknowledge that certain personal information (such as name, contact details, and purchase information) will be collected and shared with Drayton for the sole purpose of administering this promotion and issuing your voucher code. This processing is carried out in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data will not be used for any other purpose unless you have provided explicit consent for marketing communications.   1. Limitation of Liability 

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical failures, system errors, or other issues beyond its reasonable control that may prevent participation or voucher issuance. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law. 

  1. 10. Fraud and Abuse 

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation, vouchers, or extended warranties if it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or breach of these terms or Drayton Rewards + terms. 

  1. Variation and Termination 

The Promoter may amend or withdraw the promotion if required by law or due to circumstances beyond its control, provided that any changes will not materially disadvantage participants without their consent. 

  1. Complaints and Contact

  1. Severability 

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

  1. Entire Agreement 

These terms, together with Drayton Rewards + terms, constitute the entire agreement relating to this promotion. 

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction  

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this promotion. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
