It’s been an historic month for the Exeter Chiefs, they closed their 2019-2020 season with not one but TWO Cups for their rapidly-filling trophy cabinet.
Just a week after fending off Racing 92 31-27 to win the European Championship, the Chiefs beat Wasps 19-13 and lifted the Premiership Cup, a staggering double-win for our local team.Wiser nominated for BEST HEATING SYSTEM at BUILDIT AWARDS 2020!

We’re delighted to announce that Wiser, Drayton's smart thermostat system has been nominated for Best Heating System or Product in this year’s BuildIt awards. This follows Wiser being named by T3 as one of the best smart thermostats of 2020 in September.
We hope to add this award to our accolades. This is the second year running we have been shortlisted for this award, with Wiser being recognised for its ease of installation, affordability, flexibility and expandability.

Heating Controls Included In Government Green Homes Grant

Drayton by Schneider Electric was today encouraged by the announcement from the Government on the detail of the much anticipated Green Homes Grants. Encouraging and supporting energy efficiency measures will be a key pillar of the UK’s plans to build back better.

DRAYTON BACKS NEW GREEN HOMES GRANT

Drayton has welcomed the new £2bn grant scheme announced by the Government, enabling homeowners and landlords alike to apply for vouchers to make their homes more energy efficient.
Set to go live in September, the ‘Green Homes Grant’ sees the Government offering to cover two thirds of the cost of energy saving home improvements, including heating controls. Consumers will be directed towards accredited local suppliers alongside a list of recommended approved energy efficiency measures.Drayton Coronavirus update

Without a doubt, it has been an interesting year for anyone working in Westminster. Amidst all the mayhem surrounding Brexit, we have seen some groundbreaking commitments from the Government when it comes to climate change and whilst many decisions have done the opposite, the announcement of Net Zero by 2050 has put us in a good light. Not only has the Government legislated an ambitious climate target but by being the first major economy to do so, the UK has set a precedent for the rest of the world to follow. However, Government action on climate change will not be measured on ambition.
